To unveil the gold within my wounds and recognize them as gateways to freedom - that is essential to me.
My life is my sacred path of initiation.
My life has been - and continues to be - an intense path of awakening.
I often felt very alone and wrong. My youth was marked by a deep sense of numbness and the struggle of not truly feeling myself.
At 22, I experienced a powerful awakening moment.
A channel of light opened within me, and the universe reminded me that it was time to say yes to life - and that my life could hold deep value for others.
That inner decision changed everything.
Over the next 20 years, I had three children whom I love deeply - beautiful souls who have been, and continue to be, my greatest teachers. I committed fully to my inner healing path, studied psychotherapy, and went through profound awakening processes.
I stand in my power now.
My life - and the spaces I hold for others - feel deeply fulfilling and truly impactful.
I am exactly where I am meant to be.
I am doing what I came here to do.
And there is nothing more beautiful to me than that.

My mission is to serve as an awakening portal and a initiation portal -
calling you back to who you truly are.
In that remembering, the courage awakens
to embody your true voice and step into your potency.
I am a psychotherapist, mentor for deep transformation, and founder of Pure Embodiment®. I guide people into self - empowerment and truth.
For the past 14 years, I have been accompanying individuals through profound transformation and awakening processes.
In over 4,000 one-on-one sessions and 18 Practitioner Trainings (6 -12 months, both online and in person), I’ve had the honor of powerfully activating over 300 people into their true power.
In my two films, Pictures of the Soul and Breakthrough, I bring life-changing transformation, breathwork, and subconscious work to vivid, tangible experience.
At the core, I hold space for soul embodiment - a deep integration down to the cellular level - opening the doorway to a new life.
I am deeply convinced that we, as human beings, carry divine potential within us - a guiding force toward a new future for humanity.
Everything begins within. Inner transformation leads to outer healing.
It is time to end the old cycles of suppression and dependency.
